New
A few questions can help a story begin. Start with a Birthday Interview, follow the prompts at your own pace, and save the conversation to your family’s journal.
Coming soon
Google sign-in is on its way to Moment Savor. Use your Google account to create an account or return to your family’s stories without remembering another password. Existing accounts will connect Google only after you sign in and confirm your password. If you enable Moment Savor’s two-factor authentication, Google sign-in will still ask for your authenticator or recovery code.
New
Two-factor authentication adds a rotating code from your authenticator app when you sign in. A password alone is no longer enough to access your account. You can turn it on in Settings and save ten single-use recovery codes for times when your authenticator is unavailable.
Improvement
Photos now appear more quickly with sizes tailored to each page. When you add photos to a memory, a clear upload indicator lets you know they’re still being saved.
New
New guides offer low-pressure ways to preserve children’s sayings, spoken family stories, and grandparents’ memories.
Small fixes
Feedback submissions now end with a clear confirmation, and checkout problems provide more useful next steps.
Improvement
Sign-in now works more naturally with password managers, and trial and signup choices are clearer throughout the app.
Improvement
New installation guidance makes it easier to add Moment Savor to a phone or computer for an app-like experience.
New
Email and browser notifications can now be enabled independently from Settings. Both remain off until you choose them.
