Terms of Service

Effective August 22, 2026

By accessing or using MomentSavor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use MomentSavor.

Moment Savor Software LLC is the intended software provider for MomentSavor.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please use a strong password and keep your login credentials private. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

You retain ownership of all content you create and store in MomentSavor, including memories, notes, audio recordings, and any other materials you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. We do not claim ownership of your personal content.

MomentSavor is intended for personal use to capture and revisit meaningful moments. You agree not to use the service to store or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You also agree not to attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its underlying infrastructure in any unauthorized way.

You may choose to receive service-related notifications by email, browser or PWA push, both, or neither. Each channel is off by default and can be changed independently in Settings; browser and device controls also let you revoke push permission. These notifications are not marketing messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or interrupted because it depends on third-party email, browser, device, and network services.

Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for all paid MomentSavor orders. Paddle handles checkout and payment processing, calculates and collects any applicable tax, issues transaction confirmations and receipts, and manages subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes. By placing a paid order you also agree to the Paddle Buyer Terms.

MomentSavor remains responsible for your product access, application support, service availability, security, and technical issues.

Cancelling a subscription takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access through that period. Paid orders are generally non-refundable except where required by mandatory law or granted at Paddle's discretion, and your local statutory rights are not affected. If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to Paddle's conditions for digital products where you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of that right once delivery begins. Refund requests and payment disputes are handled by Paddle under its Paddle Refund Policy. See our own Refund Policy for how cancellation, refund eligibility, and duplicate or fraudulent charges are handled.

We aim to keep MomentSavor available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime when possible.

You may stop using MomentSavor and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used in a way that harms other users or the integrity of the service. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

MomentSavor is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of MomentSavor after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
